Carrier Heat Pump & Furnace Replacement in Hayward
In April 2026, Upgrade Home Services replaced an older furnace in a Hayward, CA home and paired it with a new Carrier heat pump. The homeowner now has heating and cooling from one system, with more consistent indoor temperatures and quieter operation all year.
What did the homeowner need?
This Hayward home had an older heating system. The homeowner wanted a modern, energy-efficient upgrade that would give them reliable comfort all year, with both heating and cooling.
What did we remove and install?
- Replaced the existing furnace.
- Installed a new Carrier heat pump and paired it with the furnace. A heat pump moves heat into the home in winter and out of it in summer, so one system now does both jobs.
What was the result?
The new setup is built to run efficiently, deliver more consistent indoor temperatures and operate more quietly. It is designed for long-term performance and better overall comfort.
Hayward does not have its own service-area page, but we work in nearby Union City and Fremont as well.
