San Jose Heat Pump & Duct Replacement Project
In April 2026, Upgrade Home Services replaced an old AC and furnace in a San Jose, CA home with an Amana heat pump system. We moved the new system into the attic to free up space in the home and replaced all of the ductwork, so one system now handles both heating and cooling with better airflow.
What did the homeowner need?
This San Jose home had an outdated A/C and furnace setup. The homeowner wanted a more efficient, all-in-one solution for heating and cooling, and more usable space in the home.
What did we remove and install?
We transformed the old A/C and furnace setup into a single heat pump system. A heat pump heats and cools with the same equipment, so there is no separate furnace.
