What do Comfort Club members get?

Every Comfort Club member gets the same core benefits. The two plans differ only in how many systems and visits they cover.

• Maintenance visits every year. A technician cleans, checks and tests your system so small problems are found early.
• Priority service. When you need a repair, members get priority service.
• A $49 diagnostic for Comfort Club members. The regular diagnostic visit is $89, waived when you approve the repair.
• 15% off repairs and more. Members save 15% on repairs, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, water heater maintenance and indoor air quality products.
• Loyalty credits. Members earn a $250 credit after 1 year and a $500 credit after 3 years.

Which Comfort Club plan is right for my home?

Pick the plan that matches the equipment you have. If your home has both a furnace and an air conditioner, or a heat pump that heats and cools, the Full plan covers it. If you have just one furnace or one AC, the Single System plan is the better fit.

What happens on a Comfort Club maintenance visit?

Each visit is a full maintenance visit for your heating or cooling system. The technician cleans the parts that collect dirt, checks electrical parts and airflow, and tests the system so it runs safely and efficiently. If anything needs a repair, you see the price first, with your 15% member savings, and nothing is done without your OK.

How does the Comfort Club compare with paying per visit?

Here is what the same services cost with and without a plan, so you can decide what makes sense for you:

• Maintenance. Without a plan, an AC or furnace maintenance visit is $135. With the Comfort Club, your yearly visits are part of the plan.
• Diagnostics. The regular diagnostic visit is $89, waived when you approve the repair. It is $49 for Comfort Club members.
• Repairs. Members get 15% off repairs. Everyone gets a clear price before any repair begins.
• Scheduling. Members get priority service.

Upgrade Home Services is a family-owned HVAC company based at 743 Ames Ave in Milpitas, licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB #1066776) and serving homeowners since 2002. We maintain and repair furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps from every major brand, including Amana, Carrier, Payne, Goodman, Daikin and Mitsubishi. We work across 22 cities in Santa Clara, San Mateo and southern Alameda counties, including Milpitas, San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale and Fremont.
