I highly recommend Upgrade Home Services. Victor is fair, knowledgable, affordable, and provides very professional customer support. We replaced our AC fan a little over a month ago, so when the AC didn't kick in the past hot weekend, we were surprised. But it wasn't fault of the new equipment, rather our very dirty filter was to blame. Victor came out, quickly assessed the situation, then changed out the filter, showing me how to do it myself for the next time. All for no charge. Victor is definitely our go-to HVAC guy from now on out.

We selected this company to replace our old AC system. We contacted a lot of companies and they gave us the best price and option that would work for our condo. They were honest, very pleasant to work with and they did not try to upsell us anything we don't actually need like some other companies we talked to. They are a hidden gem here in Milpitas. I will not hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for HVAC services/installation.

We have worked with Upgrade Home Services a couple of times. Both times we have had very good experience with them. Recently, Victor was in to fix our AC unit and he did an amazing job. He was quickly able to figure out the problem and identify the fix. He even proposed reusing an old part to save some cost. Also, he was gracious enough to take the time to discuss other potential issues in our cooling system and recommend fixes for them (though he didn't push for any of it). It was great working with him.
